At Vann-FID, art is developed as part of a project’s identity rather than applied as decoration. We begin with context: architecture, interior design language, brand positioning, and cultural setting. From this foundation, we define a clear artistic direction before curation, commissioning, or production begins.
Working from Dubai across regional and international markets, we create commissioned artworks, large-scale art installations, sculptures, murals, digital art, and curated collections for hospitality, luxury residential, and mixed-use developments. Collaborating with both established and emerging artists locally and internationally, alongside our in-house creative team, we shape collections that feel authentic to their environment and conceived to endure.

This phase establishes the intellectual and cultural framework of the collection. We assess architectural language, interior intent, brand positioning, guest profile, and the cultural character of the destination and its audience to define the role art will play within the project.
Narrative themes, budget structures, placement logic, and collection hierarchy across public areas and guestrooms are developed to balance artistic ambition with commercial awareness. The result is a strategy that remains relevant, coherent, and sustainable over time, creating a clear foundation for every curatorial and commissioning decision that follows.

We collaborate with established and emerging artists and creative practitioners whose practices respond thoughtfully to context, scale, and material. Each proposal is developed with discernment, ensuring original artworks, sculptures, limited editions, murals, and installation pieces contribute with clarity and purpose to the overall collection.
When a project calls for a more site-specific response, our in-house artists and designers develop bespoke concepts. These works are refined through material studies, proportion testing, and visual development before being realised in partnership with skilled artisans and fabricators. This balanced approach allows curated works and original creations to sit together with coherence and artistic integrity.
