Address Beach Resort rises above Jumeirah Beach Residence as one of Dubai’s distinctive hospitality landmarks. Comprising two 77-storey towers connected by a sky bridge, the resort overlooks Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. Designed by KCA International, the interiors were recognised with the identity Design Award for Hotel Interior Design and shortlisted at the AHEAD MEA Awards. Working closely with KCA International, Vann-FID designed, engineered and supplied bespoke decorative lighting across multiple areas. For the hotel’s public spaces, delivered with DEPA Interiors, the scope included 100 custom-made fixtures ranging from minimalist tube pendants to four-ring LED pendants and distinctive wall lights across the Ballroom and Academy. Vann-FID also delivered decorative lighting for the Royal Residence and Penthouse, supplying a further 166 bespoke fixtures in collaboration with BW Interiors. Across public and private spaces, the collection balanced elegance, functionality and technical precision while maintaining a cohesive lighting language suited to the project’s contemporary character.
