Address Beach Resort rises above Jumeirah Beach Residence as one of Dubai’s most distinctive hospitality landmarks. Comprising two 77-storey towers connected by a dramatic sky bridge, the resort overlooks Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai, combining contemporary beachfront luxury with world-class amenities, including the Guinness World Record-holding infinity pool suspended high above the city. Working closely with KCA International, Vann-FID designed, engineered, and supplied bespoke decorative lighting across multiple areas of the development. For the hotel’s public areas, delivered in collaboration with DEPA Interiors, the scope included 100 bespoke decorative lighting fixtures developed to complement the refined material palette and contemporary character of the interiors. The collection ranged from minimalist tube pendants within the show kitchen to dramatic four-ring LED pendants and distinctive wall lights integrated throughout the Ballroom and Academy. Beyond the public spaces, Vann-FID was also appointed to deliver the decorative lighting for the Royal Residence and Penthouse, supplying a further 166 bespoke fixtures in collaboration with BW Interiors. Together, these interventions balanced elegance with functionality, reinforcing the project’s identity across both its shared and most exclusive private environments.
