Originally developed as The St. Regis Dubai and now Al Habtoor Palace, the hotel forms part of Al Habtoor City and is defined by its grand classical interiors and richly detailed approach to luxury hospitality. Vann-FID was appointed to design, develop, and supply approximately 450 bespoke decorative lighting fixtures across the public areas and Royal Suite. The collection required a distinctly classical design language, spanning crystal chandeliers, wall lights, table lamps, decorative pendants, and feature lighting. Executing pieces of this character demanded specialist craftsmanship, from intricate metalwork and hand-applied finishes to the precise assembly and detailing of crystal elements. At the heart of the hotel, a monumental 4-metre-diameter chandelier creates a dramatic focal point above the grand staircase. Composed of approximately 1,200 hand-cut crystal elements, the piece combines classical proportions with exceptional scale and craftsmanship, setting the tone for the wider bespoke lighting collection and the palatial character of the interiors.
