Vann-FID was appointed to develop and supply more than 1,500 bespoke decorative light fittings for the Ministry of Interior Headquarters in Doha, Qatar. Working with Fino International and Arab Engineering Bureau, the collection was developed to complement the scale, formality, and architectural character of this significant governmental project. Among the principal features is an 11.6-metre-long oval chandelier for the entrance hall, combining polished brass profiles with decorative acrylic diffusers to create a strong architectural statement. For the Main Majlis, a three-tier internally illuminated chandelier measuring 5 metres in diameter and 2 metres in height was developed as a central feature within the space. The wider bespoke lighting package included chandeliers, pendants, table lamps, and floor lamps across the project. The complexity and scale of the installations required extensive design development, engineering, value engineering, and bespoke manufacturing, delivering a coordinated decorative lighting collection appropriate to the identity and stature of the headquarters.
